Support The Boo Project – Honoring Robert “Boo” Singleton
Robert “Boo” Singleton was a dedicated environmental advocate in Pendleton County, committed to preserving the Licking River and its surrounding areas. His work, including cleanups, trail maintenance, and memorial restoration, was driven by his love for the land and the community.
To honor his legacy, The Boo Project has several initiatives planned:
- 2nd Annual Boo Singleton River Sweep – Saturday, June 6th, 2026, will be a Stream & Environmental Clean up Day at Grassy Creek Christian Church. We will be clearing up 3 creeks & roadsides in the areas around Hwy 17, 467 & 177.
- Public Access Boat Ramp – A new public access boat ramp at Butler Community Park, built in Boo’s honor.
- Outdoor Educational Classroom – A walking path to teach about the importance of clean rivers and healthy habitats.
- Memorial Dedication – On Boo’s birthday, September 20th we’ll dedicate the boat ramp, walking path, and a memorial to celebrate his contribution to our community.
All donations will directly fund these projects. Your support will help carry forward Boo’s work, making a lasting impact on our community and the environment.
Join us in preserving Boo’s legacy for future generations.
